Acceptable use

Beenga generates images and video. These limits are enforced in the product, not just written here: prompts are screened before anything is generated, and a refused request costs you nothing.

We will not generate

• No nudity or sexual content.
• No sexual content involving minors, ever — this is refused absolutely.
• No sexual violence.
• No likeness of a real person without their written consent.
• You must own or control any music you upload.

Sexual content and nudity

Beenga does not produce nudity, sexual or pornographic content of any kind. This is a hard limit, not a setting, and there is no paid tier that removes it. Describe wardrobe, mood and setting instead — romance, dance and traditional dress are all fine.

Minors

Any request combining a minor with sexual or nude content is refused outright. There is no near-miss tolerance on this and no way to configure it off. Attempts are logged. We will terminate the account and, where the law requires it, report it.

Real people

Do not use Beenga to create imagery of a real, identifiable person without their written consent. That includes public figures, and it includes look-alikes intended to pass as someone. Note also that the tool cannot reliably reproduce the same person twice, so it is a poor choice for this even where consent exists.

Music you upload

You must own or control the rights to any audio you upload. Uploading someone else's recording without permission is your liability, not ours.

Enforcement

Prompt screening is the first line of defence, not the only one — the underlying model providers apply their own moderation as well. We may suspend or close an account that repeatedly attempts prohibited content. Credits already spent are not refunded; credits refused by the filter are never charged in the first place.
