What we collect

Account: your email address and a scrypt hash of your password. We never store the password itself and cannot recover it.
Your work: the prompts you write, the images and clips generated, and the credit history of your account.
Media you upload: used to make the thing you asked for — audio is analysed for tempo and the passage your clip is scored to. We never keep it more than 24 hours, and usually far less: a track used for a render is deleted the moment that render finishes. We do not keep, reuse or redistribute it, and it is never used to train anything.
Session: one cookie, beenga_session, which keeps you signed in.
Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit, which pages they read and which advert brought them. It sets its own cookies and collects your IP address (which Google truncates), device, browser and the pages you view. It is not used to identify you personally, and we do not sell or share this data with advertisers beyond Google's own processing as our analytics provider. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser.

Who else sees it

To generate anything, your prompt is sent to the model provider you selected:

OpenAI — every image you generate or modify, on either quality tier.
Replicate — the motion model that turns a still into a video.
DigitalOcean Spaces — stores work you have explicitly marked public.

Each has its own terms and its own retention. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

What is public, and what is not

Your work is private by default. It becomes publicly reachable only when you mark it public, which uploads it to a public URL so it can be shown as a sample. Unpublishing removes the original, but a content delivery network may continue serving a cached copy for up to seven days — so treat publishing as difficult to reverse quickly.

Keeping and deleting

Generated work is kept while your account is open, so you can find it again.

Anything you upload is deleted automatically within 24 hours — a track used for a render goes as soon as that render finishes, and nothing you send us survives a day either way. That is a ceiling we enforce on a timer, not a promise to keep your file for a day.

Ask us and we will delete your account and its generated work; anything you published may persist in caches as described above.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Write to support@beenga.in. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator.

Children

Beenga is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly hold data about children.

Draft — needs review. Written to describe what the software genuinely does. If you serve customers in the EU, UK or India, the applicable data protection law imposes specific wording, a lawful basis, and in some cases a named data protection contact. Have this checked.
