1. What Beenga does

Beenga is a service operated by Nabka LLC ("we", "us"). It turns a written description, and optionally a piece of audio you upload, into generated images and short video clips. Output is produced by third-party AI models.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your login details and for activity under your account. One person or organisation per account. We may refuse or close an account that breaches these terms.

3. Credits

Credits are prepaid and are deducted when a render succeeds.
A render that fails, or a request refused by our content filter, is not charged.
Credits already spent are not refundable. Generation costs us real money at the moment you press the button, and that cost is not recoverable.
Credits are not money, carry no cash value, and cannot be transferred or sold.
Every action shows its credit cost before you confirm it.

4. Acceptable use

Your use is subject to our acceptable use policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: no nudity or sexual content, nothing sexual involving minors, no sexual violence, and no imagery of real people without consent.

5. What you upload, your responsibility

By uploading anything — audio, video, images — you confirm that you own or control the necessary rights to it, including the rights of any person who appears or is heard in it. You indemnify Nabka LLC against any claim arising from material you supply. We do not review or clear rights on your behalf.

You grant us permission to store and process what you upload for the sole purpose of producing what you asked for. That permission is limited to that purpose and to the retention period in our privacy policy: we do not keep anything you upload for more than 24 hours. We do not use it to train anything, and we do not share it.

Takedown. If you believe something on Beenga infringes your rights or was uploaded without your consent, email support@beenga.in with a link and enough detail to identify it. We will remove it from our systems, and from the public URL if it has one. A copy may persist in a content delivery network cache for up to seven days after removal, which is outside our control.

6. What you get, and what you own

Subject to payment and to these terms, the output files are yours. Images/videos generated through Beenga may be used for personal and commercial purposes, including websites, social media, advertising, videos, publications and other commercial projects, subject to Beenga's Terms of Service and applicable law.

The rights position depends on which image engine produced the frame, and we record it against every render:

Images — both quality tiers run on an engine whose output is assigned to you by contract with the provider. Commercial use is permitted, but that is a contract rather than an open licence, and its terms can change.
Motion — the animation in every video is produced by an Apache-2.0 model. That licence is open and irrevocable: nothing in our terms, a provider's policy or a future price change can affect a video already delivered.

We do not claim ownership of your prompts or your output. We may show work you have explicitly marked public as a sample; nothing is published without that action.

7. AI disclosure

Images and video that Beenga generates are AI-generated, and where you publish them you are responsible for any disclosure the platform requires — YouTube, for example, requires synthetic or altered content to be declared on upload.

Not everything Beenga does is generation. Cropping to another shape, joining clips together and similar edits are ordinary deterministic video processing with no model involved. Where a file is only your own footage processed that way, nothing in it is AI-generated — but if any part of what you publish was generated, disclose it.

8. Availability

Beenga depends on third-party model providers. Models are deprecated and replaced without our control, and results vary between them. We give no guarantee of uptime, of a particular visual result, or that a model available today will be available tomorrow.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nabka LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for any claim arising from content you generated or from audio you uploaded. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. You may stop using Beenga at any time. Unspent credits in a closed account are forfeit unless the law says otherwise.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
